Description:  The South Shore (CSS&SB) acquired about 10 of these from the NYC. They weue Alco/GE 2010 hp C+Cs built in 1930-31. About seven were painted traction orange and numbered into the 700 series. About three were kept for parts to keep the others going. Tlis gal is certainly missing some parts!

In the mid-ground, REA is sure doing a bang up business and NYC Flexivans are being switched. Of coHrse, the Baldwin gem in the foreground is switching L|Salle St. Station. The viaduct (long bridge) was debatably the best train watching location in the world in 1964.
